Do u mean Psalm 15 verse 5 ? If u do , usury is kind of what we now call ' interest ' , the kind of interest that u pay on a loan . So this verse is saying that we shouldn't lend anything and expect to get more than what we originally loaned out , in return . Taking a reward against the innocent would be today , taking a bribe to say that someone did something that they didn't do . Hope I got the right verse for u .
